gray box at the top

I don't like the rolling out of the gray box at the top EACH time the page is refreshed. Am I the only one who finds that annoying?

click on the "Why Blue Life?" info link and once it;s hidden it won;t bother anymore

anyway there should be a close icon as well - thanks for the feedback !
